Agréable,bien situé, d'un bon rapport qualité-prix
Séjour de 3 semaines de fin avril à mi mai pour cure. Accueil aimable , très disponible sauf le week-end, un peu surprenant toutefois par l'exigence de régler en arrivant, s'agissant d'une résidence et non d'un hôtel, la totalité du séjour de 23 nuitées, soit plus de 1000 € ! Résidence bien située, à la fois proche du centre ville avec ses nombreux magasins (ouverts en sus le dimanche ),et des parcs ainsi que du plan d'eau. Bons restaurants à proximité. Locaux communs bien entretenus. Studio spacieux, propre et clair avec 2 expositions, matériel de cuisine correct pouvant être complété sur demande ainsi que par des équipements gratuitement à disposition ( laves-linge, sèches-linge, ... En définitive un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Seul bémol : le parking. Des dizaines d'emplacements gratuits, dans un rayon de 50m, largement plus de cent dans les 200m, mais souvent déjà occupés C'est le problème du centre-ville ( majorité des vieux immeubles sans parking, et attirance des boutiques et des nombreuses distractions pour les habitants de villes peu éloignées -Clermont-Ferrand... -plus les curistes et les touristes! Pour un séjour de plusieurs jours mieux vaut prendre un abonnement dans un proche parking payant, ce que l'on a fait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le parking gratuit attaché á l'hotel n'existe pas ! Il faut s'évertuer a trouver une place de stationnement par soit même, s'il y en a!. Cela est donc très décevant. Je l'ai signalé mais je vois que la pub le mentionne toujours...De plus, petit détail ,mais ce n'est pas une cafetière electrique qui vous attend mais un système á piston qui fonctionne très mal, enfin, la connextion internet est difficile dans la chambre.

We had s great time in Vichy, we were there for the triathlon. The apartment was perfect for us, very spacious and comfortable. Staff were really friendly. Would stay there again if we went back

Przyjemne miejsce
Pokój przestronny, świetnie wyposażony dla kogoś, kto chciałby zaoszczędzić na gastronomii, samodzielnie przygotowując sobie posiłki (lodówka, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny). Korzystaliśmy w ograniczonym zakresie, ale doceniam potencjał. Niezła lokalizacja - wszystkie kluczowe miejsca w zasięgu kilku do kilkunastu minut na piechotę, w pobliżu piękny park wzdłuż rzeki, z efektownymi egzotycznymi drzewami (np. sekwoje). Obsługa uprzejma i przyjazna, choć nie z całym personelem można się porozumieć po angielsku. Nieco zastrzeżeń budzi Wi-Fi: w pokoju co jakiś czas mój laptop tracił kontakt z routerem, co zwłaszcza komplikowało korespondencję. Ogólny bilans jednak zdecydowanie pozytywny.

Ravie de mon séjour dans cet appartement à Vichy. Tout était parfait. Gentillesse du personnel, la proximité des bords de l'Allier, des parcs, du centre ville.

Résidence bien placée et agréable
Le Vichy Residencia est proche de l'Allier, du vieux Vichy et des parcs à l'anglaise.
La réception est serviable et l'accueil complet. Les locaux et chambres sont très bien entretenus.
Les magasins et restaurants sont à quelques encablures (ex: Le 58) ce qui permet d'alterner déjeuner à la maison ou souper à l'extérieur.

Great, clean and safe
We stayed here for Ironman Vichy as it is on the run route, so great location. All the facilities for self catering are in the studio. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Très bon séjour pour une escapade dans cette très jolie ville d'eau. Résidence proche de tout pour tout faire à pied. Personnel de la résidence à l'écoute et très aimable. Plan d'eau à 5 minutes à pied. Centre ville très proche . De bons restaurant à proximité.

Great stay in Vichy
Stayed at residencia and it was just perfect. From pre arrival communication to departure all was great. Got email with codes as we were checking out of hours. All worked well as to get our key out of secret boxe using different codes , all a bit James Bond like haha. Took the one bedroom apartment, all from reception area ,corridors to apartment was very clean and smell fresh. All in great state with practical IKEA furniture, all worked very well. Kitchenette well equipped, fantastic powerful shower etc. All looked into courtyard so not much view but was good as avoided noise from road. The only niggle was the Crows making a racket from early in morning!!! Nothing to do with the Residtncia, kept windows closed after couple of mornings lol. Overall great place and great staff. Defo will return

Will not find better
I stay there everytime now when in Vichy and the people are great.I needed some urgent photocopying and there was no problem. Very kind , friendly and helpful. I was not certain of how long I was staying and as, always, they were very accommodating and fair. They gave a free night because of a problem getting into my room after check-in.
Excellent set-up.
Half the staff speak English.

Séjour de 3 semaines suite cure à VICHY.
Résidence bien positionnée à la fois proche du centre ville des parcs et proche du plan d'eau idéal pour les ballades près de l'allier.
Les chambres sont propres, la résidence est en très bon état et bien entretenue.
