"Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk. Not a lot of stir, bring a book."

"I was willing to just let it go, but despite the super small "matchbox" size room and poor shower conditions, what really got me was the lack of touch and personality (and customer service) from the main office people. Useless and unwilling to help. The only good thing was the restaurant food quality and the staff members. Very NICE folks. Other than that I'm not coming back here... You get what you pay for. Lesson learned. "
