The property itself is quite nice and we appreciated the continental breakfast (homemade buns, sandwich meat & cheese, butter, jam, juice). Staff were also very friendly and nice. The only downside is the room we booked in the basement was smaller than expected and a bit stuffy since there's no ventilation. Other rooms might be a bit more spacious. Was adequate for one night.

Room 2 is not sound prove for Sundays

Ok for the price, but: The neighbours upstairs woke up at 5am on a Sunday and the room 2 is just below the kitchen / living room. They had breakfast and rearranged furniture up to 8am and we could not sleep any more. Do not book the room 2!!!!

Dirty and loud!

The room was full of cobwebbs and spiders. It had not been cleaned except for the floors. It was dusty and had layers of dust on the lights and lamps. Windowsills were not clean and overall the room needed som thorough cleaning!!! Would not stay there again. You also hear EVERYTHING FROM the floor above as this is a cellar room. Rent a hotelroom instead!!!!!

Foul air, missed breakfast etc

Close to zero ventilation in a basement made the air foul. Luckily I was alone in a room for two so I could breath a little. The staff forgot my breakfast the first day. Lanuage skills zero. Did not understand English or Swedish at all. Poor pre-booking information about no private bathroom (made it a surprise at arrival).

Reasonable, but be aware of lack of soundproof

Overall, my stay at Kabyssen, room 2 was pleasant with some notable pros and cons. Firstly, the price for the room was reasonable considering the amenities and services provided. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the setup was comfortable, making for a pleasant environment during my stay. However, one significant drawback was the lack of soundproofing in the ceiling. Throughout the night, my partner and I were disturbed by the noise from the guests staying above us. We could clearly hear their footsteps, conversations, and even the movement of furniture. This became particularly bothersome early Sunday morning at 5 am when we were awoken by the noise, disrupting our sleep and overall experience. While I appreciate the other positive aspects of my stay at Kabyssen 2, the noise disturbance caused by the lack of soundproofing in the ceiling significantly detracted from the overall comfort and satisfaction of our stay.

Kun lige ok

Stedet var fint , familie værelse var god, minus var at værelset var kold og virkede fugtig da det var i kælderen og man kunne ikke regulere varmen, det virkede ikke , morgenmaden var kun boller , der var ikke andet , drikke juice og kaffe ok , om natten var der larm fra dem der boede i stuen, så søvn var der ikke meget af , derfor den ringe anmeldelse

Små marginal så ville rummet være mere i top

Ligger et dejligt sted og stille område. 30 min gå afstand til centrum. Manglede sæbe til bruseren havde mit eget med og toilettet er hængt for højt op på væggen og ingen kant at vandet i bruseren bliver der så resten af gulvet bliver vådt

Overnatningsstedet passer perfekt til vores behov.

Vi holder meget af at overnatte her, da det er tæt på vores familie. Nem indtjekning, når man bare har koden, så man kan komme ind. Morgenmaden er blevet ændret lidt. Vi bryder os ikke om de nye varm selv boller,- rundstykkerne er bedre. Men er glade for at salamien er fjernet fra morgenmadspakken. Glæder os til næste ophold

Vi startede ud lidt uheldigt med at bookingen ikke var gået igennem ordentligt men udlejer kunne heldigvis hjælpe og fik fixet problemet, så vi fik en anden lejlighed end booket. Det var dejligt det kunne lade sig gøre. Lejligheden var ok men lidt slidt. Gelænder til 1.sal med stue var vakkelvornt og trappen noget stejl. Der var alt hvad man havde behov for i det lille køkken og bonus med Airfryer. Dejlig morgenmad med forskellig slags pålæg.

Helt ok, ikke mer -ikke mindre

Vi fikk et rom i kjelleren. Delte bad og kjøkken med andre rom. Frokosten som er inkludert er noen rundstykker som en steker selv og litt pålegg i kjøleskapet. Helt ok, men ikke noe en bør skryte av. Det var veldig rent, ryddig, lyst og fint. Litt vanskelig å finne frem til vårt rom, men etter en dårlig telefon samtale, så fant vi frem.
