「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. 「Gianni a entendu ma demande d'une place de parking puisque je suis une personne à mobilité réduite et il a pris l'initiative de me donner une chambre en rez de chaussée. Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci ! Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé !
