Alles was in orde. Jammer dat we geen kamer met balkon hadden. Het was niet vermeld tijdens de boeking we wisten dat er kamers waren want we waren daar al dikwijls.

Bon accueil, chambre confortable Concernant le restaurant, le repas était excellent (choix menu 30€). Cuisine faîte maison et de qualité. Repas très apprécié et personnel agréable. Seul bémol, si chambre côté route, bruyant jusqu’à la fermeture du café qui se trouve en face.

Leider kann man nicht von einem Grand Hotel sprechen. Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war sehr klein. Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer eine Katastrophe. Duschen im Dunkeln so würde ich das bezeichnen. Die Halterung für Toilettenpapier auf gefühlte 2 m montiert. Das Frühstück würde ich als Kantinenfrühstück bezeichnen und in mancher Kantine ist das noch sicherlich besser. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt leider nicht. Das Hotel hat den Namen Grand Hotel nicht verdient.

Les chambres du premier étage ne sont accessibles que par les escaliers . Demande d'une chambre avec douche car problème personne a mobilité réduite . Premièrement escaliers et douche avec,rebord dau moins 40 cms .Tapis plein parout pas très propre.

Terrible madras.

Most probably it has been a "Grand Hotel" in the past, but not today. The hotel is old, as the bed very uncomfortable, which left spring sign in the body. It need renovation. Location is good. Too expansive for what it offer.

Op de site van hotels.com staan bij de superior kamers nette moderne kamers afgebeeld met nieuwe badkamers. In werkelijkheid tref je een oudbollige toestand aan . Een soort zolderkamer met alleen dakramen en een bed waar de veren doorheen komen. De badkamer is sinds de jaren 80 niks meer aan gedaan . En de eetzaal en de rest van t hotel komt uit de jaren 70 . Overal vieze knuffeldieren op de kasten en nepspinnen aan de muur!? Het ontbijt was slecht en de vriendelijkheid van t personeel ver te zoeken. Het enige wat klopt is de locatie. Die is prachtig . Op loopafstand van het kasteel. Andere hotels genoeg daar maar sla deze over!

Prettig hotel in een mooie omgeving.

Nette kamer, warm ontvangst. Geen airco, maar wel 2 ramen. Lagen aan de voorzijde van het hotel tegenover een café.

Goed voor op doorreis

De baas en zijn vrouw waren er niet. De vervangster was nogal onvriendelijk. Yvette was weer heel erg aardig. We moesten wel om 24 u naar bed. Voelden ons net kleine kinderen. De rest zoals kamers en eten was weer prima. Vianden zelf is op sterven na dood. Helaas.

Prima verblijf

Leuk hotel met prima kamer en badkamer. Wij sliepen op de bovenste etage (2). Onder ons zijn er ook kamers met terras. Prima ontbijt. Zit in de kamerprijs. We hebben hier ook gegeten en het was voortreffelijk. Goede kaart. Prima service. Helaas voor 1 nacht. Volgende keer wat langer en dan een kamer met terras. Gratis parkeerplaats.

Great hotel in the centre of town

This was a great hotel in the centre of town, with lots of parking around the hotel, food was great. The room was on the top floor with low ceiling on one side, but windows that allowed plenty of light, and at the right angle great view of the castle under lights. The only bad thing, was we were in the wing that had no lifts, and with plenty of luggage and a baby,and no lift it was an effort to get the luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. If you stay try and get the side of the hotel that is covered by lifts,

Accueil sympathique

Accueil souriant et sympathique. Dans l'ensemble, séjour agréable et petite ville adorable. Je regrette - ce sont des détails - qu'il n'y ait pas eu un "support" pour installer la valise et que je n'aie eu accès à aucune chaîne francophone (problèmes de travaux). Je ne connais pas les prix des hôtels de la région, mais je trouve que la chambre était un peu chère.
