"The breakfast was continental and generous, the owners were very welcoming, a typical french farmhouse in a lovely location. Wonderfully isolated. "

"Parking spacious and steak house outstanding"

"Most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on in a hotel."

"The host Paulette and Simon were very accommodating. We arrived at 1:00am in the morning. I called them for direction to our lodging. They met us at our car with flashlights and friendly smiles. They checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything or wanted suggestions to places to eat etc. The home was clean, quaint and historical ( build in 1700’s). "This is an aged hotel the room was no better than a youth hostel and not cheap"

"nice breakfast and nice staff"

"The room was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. We told her we ate early, not at 7 as was the case there. She was nice enough to order us a delicious dinner that was delivered at 5:30. We were very appreciative. We had to leave early in the morning, 5 am. It was a little strange waking up to a dark building but we figured it out."

"We stopped for one night and had a wonderful stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful, the room was comfortable and the pool was fantastic on a very warm day."

"Le Bourbon is well situated in the town square, close to restaurants & cafes, buses, and in easy walking distance to the Chateau & other tourist sites. The rooms were clean, pillows a little lumpy. A great view over the square. A simple breakfast on offer & a very pleasant & helpful reception. Plenty of shops to browse nearby. It would have been great to have access to a fridge & also a jug to get a hot drink."

"Lovely swimming pool, helpful staff, a great evening meal and plenty of breakfast. "
