「No mountain view. Can't add add-ons after hours. Never spoke with a person, all ai.」

「Advertised a food voucher, was told at checkin that they don't do that and "told Expedia to take that down." No elevator - had to carry bags up 1 1/2 flights of stairs. Mediocre beds. No kleenex.」

「Great location in small town with some restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and light with high quality interior and design - very nice!!」

「Michael was great, friendly and helpful with checkin and checkout. Clean and quiet space with everything needed. Only issue was the space was a smoking room. Parking was easy. Would stay again. Thanks」
