Great Stay! Will Be Back!

Lovely hotel! Very close to Rive Gauche station and the palace! Clean, modern, nice rooms, comfortable beds and lovely staff. Very good hotel for tourists more accustomed to American hotels vs European. I stay in Versailles regularly, will definitely come back to this hotel!

One Night In Versailles

Our stay at the Mercure Versailles Chateau was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and English friendly. The morning breakfast was superb with everything you would expect in a European hotel.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. Within easy walk distances to the Palace and other sites. Parking was limited in the underground garage si book ahead, but we also noted some public parking for motorbikes at street level just along from the hotel which we could have used. Breakfast was plentyful and all staff were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Excellent.

The staff were really helpful and friendly and whilst they understand English they were very accommodating to our French speaking attempts. Important to pre book the parking for a small fee is necessary as no space to park in the vacinity.

This is an okay hotel very convenient for Palace of Versailles . Breakfast is okay for the cost .I reserved a parking space for the night but there is street parking which is payable between 0900 and 1800.The lifts had just broken and reception kindly relocated us on a lower floor. For the cost I would recommend the hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel for few days stay in Versailles very convenient for the palace,restaurants and shops.Train station 15 minutes walk. Breakfast was adequate and staff friendly and helful. The only negative was the air conditioning was not very cold which in the hot weather made the room uncomfortable.
