「Clean, efficient design, had everything we needed and the one bedroom apartment fit us all 5 comfortably. Location was perfect and within walking distance to the city center and major attractions. Staff was very friendly. Discovered a gem and will certainly stay there again!」

The bathroom was basic, but provided a lovely warm shower and the hotel spa facilities were good, although the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer. 「Sejour satisfaisant. Meme si le logement est vieillot le couchage est confortable. Il y a le strict minimum, un grille pain et une cafetiere. Il n y avait pas de chauffage collectif donc un radiateur m a ete amené dans l heure . Il est indiqué logement non fumeur mais je pense que certains locataires n ont pas tenu compte de la directive. Toutes mes affaires sentent! 」

「A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez...

「Het appartement is een prive verblijf binnen een groot app.complex. Er is niet voor lakens en handdoeken gezorgd, geen welkomst pakket, geen card voor skilockers en spa. 5 keer met Mont Blanc booking gebeld en ze beloven het, maar er kwam niks! De receptie zegt dat dit app. in privé beheer is en zij geen handdoeken en lakens mogen geven …dus geslapen zonder lakens en met handdoeken wat geïmproviseerd 」
