Kichtchen equipment calls for an upgrade. However, in total a very good appartment.

This apartment is in a pretty convenient location, 10 minutes to the train station walking and 10 minutes from the Arena. Lots of local shops around.
The apartment needs a thorough clean through all rooms. The shower stall was covered with mould and felt like you might contact something. The main bed is a bit fragile and creaked a lot during the night. There's no wine glasses, which seems a huge omission in Italy. No clothes dryer, which would be a problem in the colder or wetter months - it was OK for us we had good weather. No detergent for the washing machine, not even a small sachet. The iron doesn't heat up enough and the ironing board cover needs replacing immediately.
Final comments, no sofa to sit on. Lots of beds and some really uncomfortable kitchen chairs, but no where to sit and relax. It feels like it was setup by a man and maintained by a man, it lacks style, which seems the ultimate sin in Italy.
