Staff were good and the room was pleasant as well with lots of space. The heat settings were a little hard to adjust but it was good once it was figured out. The pool was nice and warm. The property was clean. The only feedback I have is the walkways outside were caked in ice and clearly had not been taken care of, walking outside felt like a skating rink. They had a poster stating it had been done but to be cautious but there was no indication any shoveling or salt had occurred and it was quite the safety risk.

Room was pretty clean. No complaints there. But the stairwell was infested with cockroaches. And the beds are terrible. Nothing I would complain about for 100$/night hotel room. But 200$ a night.

They were doing Reno’s so had to use stairs and the place is a bit of a maze but I really enjoyed it. Good gym. Old Galway’s are nasty but they are renovating so I exit will be better. Close to hospital and downtown. Great staff.

The staff were so friendly and the pool was fun for kids. The beds were so worn that you just sunk. My back is killing me. Lots of satins on carpet and the chair in the room. Also water pressure sucked in the shower.

Family Get together

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in early so we could change for our event. Rooms were clean and large. Loved the text updates if I had issues. The pool was so much fun for us perfect size. Accessible from Grandpa to grandson the ramp with water features was a hit. Breakfast had lots of options for everyone.
