Muy buen hotel por el costo beneficio. Llegue con mi hija y todo fue perfecto. El baño estaba limpio y el cuarto tambien, necesitaba 4 noches, asi que reserve 2 noches para ver como estaba y me gusto y reserve las otras 2 noches. Te hacen el aseo diario. Todo esta tan cerca, que uno puede ir caminando a los lugares importantes. Hay un oxxo cerca. No le pongo 10 en limpieza solo porque me toco la habitacion a un lado de la lavadora y habia un charquito de agua que tenia que pisar, pero el hotel es limpio y el personal muy atento

Terrible experiencia, el precio es elevado, el WC no funcionaba bien, las sábanas y toallas ya están amarillas y percudidas de viejas, sólo pusieron dos artículos de higiene personal cuando la reservación fue para 3 personas, la habitación tenía un olor extraño y sin ventanas, el Internet lento y la televisión no funcionaba

Solid Budget Choice

The hotel is in a great location (just a block from the Zocalo with lots of food options) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had taken the overnight bus in from Mexico City, and when we showed up at 6am to ask them to hold our luggage, not only did they agree but let us check in several hours early once the room was ready. The room wasn't fancy, but it had everything we needed (AC, wifi, hot water, etc) and the place was clean. All around, a pleasant stay!
