Pesismo servicio, llegue al hotel y resulta que no tenían ninguna reserva a mi nombre, por lo cual la encargada de recepcion me dijo no tenemos activado Expedia. Entonces no hay reservaciones, luego la forma en la que me atendio fue grosera, me cobro de más, me hizo un cargo extra por prestarme el control del televisor, me prendió el aire acondicionado y me dijo pues ya si tiene frio se aguanta hay se si se tapa o se mueve de lugar.

No estaba descrito cuando hice la reservación que la habitación era con ventilador, decía AA, pero bueno nos dieron la opción en caja de cambiar a una con AA, el primer día no había toallas, ni jabón, además el AA se apaga de un breaker que no hay problema pero deberían arreglar la instalación eléctrica ya que está inseguro. La atención del personal la verdad muy amable, el inmueble se ubica cerca de todo, hay transporte directo a varios destinos de Veracruz y hay un negocio de hamburguesas muy sabroso afuera de las instalaciones.

La recepcionista muy grosera, nos preguntó de qué aplicación veníamos, y dijo que hoteles.com no tenían convenio, así que me reservación no servía, y como el hotel estaba lleno tenía que buscar otro hotel, en plena Semana Santa.

Terrible la actitud de la encargada y recepcionista me cobraron el doble de la cantidad de mi reservación, porque según yo había hecho una reservación en habitacion sencilla y esa solo tenía ventilador y la del clima costaba el doble. No puedo saber si realmente es la encargada la que me atendió, ella dijo que si. Creó un encargado está para resolver el problema.

Sucio y en muy malas condiciones

No fue posible hospedarnos porque la encargada dijo que la reserva no existe. Por lo que tuvimos que buscar otro hotel donde acudir. Además de que el hotel está horrible, sucio.
