the localtion is great the hotel is fine for the cost, although the bathrooms need maintenance and the blankets had stains on them but smelled fine so it is possible that they stains have been there for a while and cannot be removed by washing and they are not replaced.

Clean and budget friendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were approximately seven covered parking spots which was great. The hotel was in a great location. The A/C in our room was nice and cold. The water pressure in the shower was strong and the water was hot. There was no mini fridge for drinks or medicine but the front desk had one and stored it for us. The sheets and towels needed replacing but overall a clean place on a budget.

La recepcionista te responde a medias y sin amabilidad. La noche en la habitación del 3er piso fue terrible ya que hubo mal tiempo y norte y parecía un cuento de terror en el que esperabamos que se volará el techo de tabla roca en cualquier momento y amanecimos con polvo por todas partes, mi hijo menor de edad amaneció con una alergia terrible ya que entraba aire por todos lados y sinceramente no pudimos descansar en toda la noche preocupados por la situación.

El hotel esta muy bien para su precio, las instalaciones limpias, la limpieza en las habitaciones es todos los días, su personal amable, hay un Oxxo y otras tiendas cerca, la zona es muy tranquila, el acuario y las playas están cruzando la calle , el único detalle es que en los baños se escurre el agua a la habitación, de ahí en fuera todo bien, hay ascensor y el aire acondicionado perfecto, no se dejen engañar por los malos comentarios.

Que no respetaron mi reservación, y no les importó que iba con mi hijo de 38 años con autismo, tuve que salir a caminar mucho en pleno sol del medio día, a buscar otra opción, deberían capacitar a su personal para dar el trato a personas en situaciones vulnerables, nefasto en ese sentido. Y ya me había hospedado en ocasiones anteriores

Excelente, a unos pasos del corredor gastronómico, las entradas a playa, el acuario y turibus, super recomendado, no necesitas moverte en auto para llegar. El único detalle es que si quieres desayunar en el restaurante tienes que comprar tu ticket (por $99) en recepción del hotel, si no nunca vas a poder desayunar ahí. El personal muy amable y atento. Igual varios Oxxo cerca.

Todo bien. Solo el detalle del baño le hace falta puerta a la regadera o un cancel para cuando se baña uno no se salga el agua. Y el elevador después de las 8 lo apagan
