Outside grounds and plants very well maintained. Reception staff welcoming and helpfull. Location of apartment allows easy walking to restaurants, bars and beach. Only negative is the apartment requires major updating.

Pleasant stay in February

Good points:- Location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Inexpensive in February. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Free on street parking. Pet friendly. Short drive to Garrucha and Mojacar. Points to improve on:- Sofa bed (used as a sofa) was like sitting on a thinly cover pallet, very uncomfortable. If you have a dog that likes to bother cats, this is the place for them. There are cats everywhere. The on site restaurant and shop not open until May. No toiletries in the room. Soundproofing wasn’t great. Although not a problem during low season, I would think that it would be a nightmare when busy during the summer holidays.

We had a nice stay here but would like to say that the apartment is showing its age. Furniture and certain things in the kitchen need upgrading such as rusty microwave and other utensils. It was clean but like i say old. The receptionists are lovely and friendly, we had a small problem with being charged for our deposit twice. It was soon sorted and put back in our bank within a couple of days. It is within walking distance to bars and restaurants. We would return if things were upgraded.

The apartment complex was very nice and well maintained but the apartment itself, although comfortable enough, was in desperate need of updating - the kitchen, bathroom, furniture etc. looked as though they hadn't been changed since the 1970's

Condo tout à fait remarquable, l’endroit est beau,les piscines sont propres, le service à la réception est exemplaire, tout les services sont près, la plage est à 5 minutes de marche et une multitude de restaurant , épicerie et magasin sont à 5 à 15 minutes de marche.j’y reviendrai en long terme la prochaine fois.

Booking information indicated a 'manned' reception but found this locked and did not locate telephone contact number immediately. This should have been a quiet complex but unfortuantly several families chose to party outside our apartment window.

Sobre todo el emplazamiento. Las instalaciones magníficas con muchas sombras en la piscina . El restaurante perfecto, comimos una paella magnífica. Si que es verdad que el apartamento ya está algo viejo pero para pasar unos días está perfecto. Lazona de la piscina muy buena. Si tienes suerte y te toca el apartamento de arriba tiene un solárium muy bueno. En general unas vacaciones muy buenas para repetir.
