「We were going back and forth between a few different properties and we are so glad we ended up going with this one!!! The staff was amazing and attentive (especially Hamid and Kevin), the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible, the bedding was great, and the grounds made you feel like you were on a retreat. We loved the intimate feel and getting to know the staff. We were sad to leave but look forward to the opportunity to return!」

「酒店位于山上，条件还行服务合格但说不上非常好。也许是因为我们刚从La Fortuna最好的酒店过来，也许是因为前面关于这个酒店的评语都太好了把我的期望抬高了，毕竟这个酒店价格不是很高，只有La Fortuna的酒店一半价格，甚至连一半也不到。这样看就还是可以的，但是我还是坚持给四个星，因为我最不满意的是房间没有遮光窗帘，我天天五点多就被亮光叫醒，另外我不喜欢高枕头，所以觉得枕头太高，最后一天我只能枕浴巾。」

「There was an issue the first night. Electrical issues forced us to transfer to another local, unaffiliated property...which was not at the level of comfort and amenities we expected or had paid for. That said, the hotel went out of its way to correct the issue, first by upgrading our rooms, then reaching a mutually agreeable price correction. All in all, a great stay!
