Staff are helpful and knowledgable. We approach them a lot of times during our stay. They always answer our enquiries patiently. The spa, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are definitely a highlight of this hotel.

It was excellent! the location is great, and it was a very comfortable stay with nice bed, decent decor, and clean bathroom. And I parked on street in front of the hotel entrance free until 8am in the morning which is awesome!

Tout était bien. Arrivés à l'hôtel on nous a attribué une appartement pour 5 personnes. Mais une seule chambre pour 4 lits superposés dans un coin et lit double... pas pratique pour 4 adultes. Cela ne correspondait pas au descriptif de ma réservation. La personne de l'accueil a pu nous donner l'autre ...

The property is both a hotel and a residence. While it’s a bit outdated, the rooms are clean and quite nice. The only downside was that the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, it was still a good stay.
