Rooms were clean. Keys got locked in the room and reception had no spares. Gave me permission to kick the door in. Not really professional or redundant my opinion but what do you expect for $85 a night. Will not stay again

The place was great! The location was close to the Bourbon street and Royal Street it take us 15 minutes walking. Great apartment clean, modern and the bed was really comfortable.

The foldout couch was broken when we arrived and my friend had to sleep on the regular couch. There were stains on the sheets and the headboard. Tbey brought us fresh sheets in a garbage bag and left them in the middle of the kitchen. They came by to check on other things and came into our room without ...
