Characterful place, a quiet location near Fondamente Nova so easy to get to the vaporetto stop for the Alilaguna back to the airport. Note that there's no aircon, that was a problem at night in such warm weather. When we stayed, the shower in the main bathroom didn't work. There's a shower in the small ensuite but it's impossible to use without water going all over the floor. Kitchen was well equipped, plus a selection of basics like olive oil, vinegars, coffee etc; dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Felt like someone's home.

Appartement délicieux. Mais gros problème avec l'accès au deuxième étage. Un escalier raide et sans rampe aucune. Cela devrait être signalé dans le descriptif.

Günstige Lage, gute Aussattung

Sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit den Vaporettos können die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreicht werden. Der Anleger für die Wasserbusse ist um die Ecke. Für Ausflüge in die Lagune ideal.

This is a nice apartment few minutes away from the main busy streets. It is spacious for 4-6 people. 10 minutes walk to Rialto bridge. The water bus stop is just 50 meters away.

Bel appartement . Très bien situé. Au calme . Très propre . Deco. dans le thème de Venise. Nous étions cinq en famille et cet appartement fut parfait pour nous .

Appartement agréable à vivre.

Réception de la clé facile. Séjour agréable et lumineux, exposé ouest, agréable pour l'apéro du soir. Appartement agréable à 3 ou 4. Cuisine équipée et très agréable de manger à l'appartement. Embarcadère vers l'aéroport, le centre ville, Murano,... à 30m. La proximité de la place St-Marc à pied. Un beau quartier de vie, tranquille.

Hübsche Wohnung, bloss 1 min. vom Vaporetto

Check-In ist an der Piazzale Roma, Mirco war sehr behilflich. Wohnung Top, steile Treppe bis zur Wohnung. Schade, im Hauptbadezimmer immer wieder übler Geruch,haben Raumspray gekauft, dann ging es. Überraschung, 2tes kleines Bad(Dusche, WC)vorhanden.Küchenutensilien fehlen, Bsp.Schöpfbesteck, Küchenmesser ansonsten alles Top, haben gut geschlafen.Zu empfehlen Restaurant Alvis ist gleich nach der Vaporetto Station.

VENEZIA GENTILE

Capodanno 4 gg 3 notti in famiglia con bambini di 8 anni , struttura locata in posizione favorevole vicinissima alla fermata Fondamenta Nuove( 9 minuti da Murano) e a 12 minuti a piedi da San Marco. Dotata di ogni confort ( manca solo la Tv che sarebbe stata utile con i bambini). Camere spaziose e 2 bagni ( il secondo non era facilmente utilizzabile poiché era freddo e come spesso su Venezia le struttura presentano problemi di odori degli scarichi). Un bella cucina anche se con poco tovagliato. La persona di contatto gentile, attenta. Nel complesso una buona soluzione di vacanza, da ripetere.
