Excellent stay in Venice!
The Pesaro Palace was very nice! The room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff was friendly offering many recommendations and e cell ent directions. The Pesaro Palace was conveniently located to the grand canal, only minutes from the Rialto Bridge and about 20 minutes from SN Marco Square!

The property was in a great location, it had its own pier, was close to the water bus stop and in walking distance to restaurants and sites. The hotel had a lift and 24 hour reception which was handy. The feel, furniture and style of the hotel had a great feel and character. Our room was huge! And it had a fantastic view of the canal (we selected this).

Rooms are traditionally design , need little-bit of more improvement with built in amenities in rooms like usb or usb-c chargers as majority of the world uses iPhones. Staff is extremely hospitable . Location is excellent, very close & easy walk to boat dock for Murano & Burano visits , easy walk to Rialto bridge and St. Marks Sqr, excellent choice of restaurants and shopping.

Das Zimmer hatte eine nichtschliessende Türe, wurde provisorisch nach Reklamation, mit einer Schraube fixiert. Die untere Fixierung fehlte immer noch. Dies muss vorher bekannt gewesen sein und hätte keinesfalls so weitervermietet werden dürfen. Zwei Fernseher aber keine Fernbedienung, wurde nachgeliefert. Dennoch entspricht der Gesamteindruck keinesfalls einen 4* Standard. Minibar Preisliste vorhanden aber kein Inhalt. Nicht einmal ein Flaschenöffner gab es. Zerrissene Vorhänge, fehlende Schrankbeschläge. Diese fehlten auch schon 2019. Auch an der Decke löst sich der Putz. Alles in allem schmuddelig und nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Wir sind hier seit vielen Jahren gewesen und konnten festetellen, dass jedesmal die selben Mängel bestanden, die nicht behoben wurden. Schade, aber wir werden für die Zukunft ein neues Hotel suchen.

Tres bel endroit, mais qualité de service moyenne
Magnifique palazzo, bien placé, avec petit jardin calme.. mais hotel relativement mal entretenu. Plusieurs choses ne fonctionnaient pas dans la chambre (le coffre cassé, pas de telecommande TV...), le jardin netait pas nettoyé, et le petit déjeuner etait vraiment tres moyen (pas du tout au niveau en terme de qualité)...

Wir waren für 3 Übernachtungen in diesem schönen Hotel im venezianischen Stil. Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen und der Check in verlief problemlos. Bei Fragen wurde einem dort gerne weitergeholfen. Die Lage des Hotels (in einer Gasse) ist wirklich sehr gut, da man auf der einen Seite die Fußgängerzone hat und auf der anderen Seite direkt den Anleger der Linie 1 / N hat, die in in regelmäßigen Abständen dort anlegen. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit Sitzmöbeln und einen schönen Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück selber bewegt sich auf einem guten Niveau und es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Einrichtung, das einzige Manko sind die wenigen Steckdosen. Können eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen und würden jederzeit wieder dort einkehren.

Yaşadığımız sorun.
Otelde 6 Ağustos 2023’te bir gece konakladık. Karşılama, konaklama ve temizlik sorunsuzdu. Otel hakkında mükemmel diyebileceğim bir şey yok. Çok fiyat araştırması yapmaya da zamanım olmadı. Ama ilk yurtdışı tatilimizin ilk günü olduğu için tecrübesizdik diyebilirim. Ona rağmen fiyat performans açısından iyi olduğunu düşünüyorum. Kahvaltısı klasik bir kahvaltıydı. Onun dışında yaşadığımız bir sorundan bahsedeceğim. Dediğim gibi tecrübesiz olduğumuz için şehir vergisinin nasıl ve ne kadar ödendiğini bilmiyorduk. Ama girişte ödememiz gerektiğini söylediler ve ödedik. Sonraki gün çıkış yaparken farklı bir arkadaş vardı ve şehir vergisi ödememiz olduğunu söyledi. Dün ödeme yaptığımızı söyledik fakat tekrar ödeme yapmamız gerektiğini söyledi. Biz de bilmediğimiz için doğrudur dedik ve tekrar ödedik. Halbuki şehir vergisi gecelik ödenen bir şeymiş. Sonraki gün Floransa’da kaldık ve tek gece için tek ödeme yaptık. Yani biz kişi başı 4,5 € ödemeliymişiz. Bizden tek gece için hem girişte hem çıkışta kişi başı 4,5 € alındı. Bu konuda yaptıkları hatayı fark edip dönüş de yapmadılar. Bence telafi etmelilerdi.

新婚旅行でカナルビューの部屋に宿泊しましたが、部屋の中も宮殿みたいに豪華で最高の思い出を作ることができました。 何よりヴェネチアの景色が最高すぎてまたヴェネチアに泊まる際はこちらのホテルを利用します。 水上バスもホテルの目の前で、景観を楽しみながらであれば徒歩で15分〜20分で大聖堂まで行くこともできます。

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, es könnte nur einige Renovierung gebrauchen: - Die Tür zur Toilette/Badezimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden. - Wir hatten eine Whirpool-Badewanne die funktionierte nicht. - Schrank kaputt. - Klimaanlage konnte nicht gesteuert werden. - Die Dusche verrostet.
