Convenient location. Transporation is right in front of the hotel so it was very easy to haul luggages. The view from their restaurant where they serve breakfast was pretty nice. Lots of shopping, bars and restaurants around the area. I'll gladly stay here again in the future! Thank you!

The location was everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It sucked the didn’t have an elevator and the bed was a little hard but overall the hotel was great to include the restaurant.

Room was outdated but bathroom has been recently remodeled and is very nice. No lift/elevator so if you’re staying on the 3rd or 4th floors it can be tiring after walking everywhere all day. Breakfast was continental and adequate. The view from the dining area on the Riva de Schiavoni is lovely. Easy access to all water transportation options.

Great Location, in a traditional Venice building. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast included is standard European or omelette extra. There is no lift, it is Venice and traditional building. Room style the same yet clean and functional, for our 2 nights why pay more for elsewhere to get similar. Thanks Michele and Michael.

Great location. Water bus stop right in front of hotel was extremely convenient. Easy walk anywhere around town. Many restaurants and shops nearby. On site restaurant was very good. Some say area is noisy, but my room was facing the public gathering/walking/shopping area and yetmy room was quiet. Rooms are dated and no elevator so be ready to climb stairs. Otherwise nice stay.
