非常差的酒店，再也不会入住！
1、该酒店地点在偏远的岛上，很不方便，请大家看清地图再定。 2、酒店接待的老太太服务特别差，我们定的大床的双人间，但由于我们是晚上8点30分到的酒店，老板也不耐烦，觉得我们影响他的休息，故意在一个单人间内加了一个很小的折叠床，这个屋子放了行李就连门都打不开了，然后还很得意的告诉我们这就是双人间。 3、其实我国人，觉得他们的设施很先进，我国没有，得意的展示了他的磁卡式门锁，在这里我想告诉那些人，中国早在很多年前，就连100元/晚的酒店，也早已经式磁卡式门锁了。 4、该酒店非2星，就是一个老太太开的家庭客栈。

The owner was very nice and personable. Contacted us with information and offered help. Pretty clean, though not updated. Laminate flooring seemed clean, no bedbugs, and clean sheets. The water pressure was a little low in the shower, which was slightly annoying. It was quiet and in a pretty safe location. About 50 minutes from downtown by water bus. It was great for a budget hotel for two college men, but if you are an american looking for a Holiday Inn, this is not the place for you.

Mold, dust, old furniture
The bathroom had a lot a of mold, the air-conditioning was blowing dust into the room and the furniture was in a very bad condition.

Familly hotel which needs to be renovated.Hotel entrance is strange like you get into a kind of "back door" storage room.The floor needs to be changed and the walls painted. The stuf,was a young girl looking like house keeper.No smiles,no welcome,no nothing. I asked if I can make a coffe to the kettle in the loby and I was informe that only next morning can be posible. I have low blood presure and after a long travel I had no power to ho out in the sun looking for a coffe shop,which were not next door also.I asked a cup of hot water but yet, I was refused.There was not even a botle of water in the room,too. The bed had a non cotton throw which made the night hard.It was very hot if I was keeping it on, and cold incase I removed it. No light working near the bed.No place to charge ph near the bed. Clean bathroom.Clean towels and beddings. Weired but close location to supermarket,feriboat and sea side.

Une destination de rêve ! le séjour a été fantastique à tous les niveaux. L'accueil des hôtesses pour les renseignements, les informations a été des plus sympathique et précieux. L'hôtel La PERGORA est un havre de paix, de calme avec un personnel formidable, joyeux, accueillant. Le cadre est idyllique je vous le recommande : la plage se trouve à 2 minutes, la station de bateaux à 5 minutes, et les restaurants, les boutiques, les commerces tout le long de la route. C'est magnifique !!!

The staff was so accommodating and very kind. They made our stay so nice and easy and reduced so much stress. The gardens around the hotel are also beautiful!

La camera è vecchia, poca pulita e pienà di muffa. Il proprietario non ha neanche emesso fattura.

Igiene e pulizia non sono trattabili!!
La struttura si presenterebbe come una ottima soluzione in termini di rapporto qualità prezzo trovandosi appunto a soli 10 minuti di battello dai punti importanti della città. Tuttavia la camera che mi è stata assegnata presentava dei significativi difetti di pulizia: il pavimento sia della camera che del bagno era piuttosto sporco con disgustose ciocche di capelli sparse qua e la. Ho avvisato subito la portinaia che si è subito armata di scopa ma,....altro che scopa, ci sarebbe stato bisogno di una detersione, pulizia e igienizzazione profonda del locale....alla faccia delle precauzioni antipandemia....no comment! Inoltre le coperte che si trovavano nell'armadio era state ivi riposte alla bellemeglio e non erano certo pulite. Inoltre la televisione non funzionava, indecente il telecomando. Trovi sì la sorpresa di avere offerta una colazione superspartana ma ciò non compensa minimamente quegli aspetti legati all'igiene che devono essere prioritari.

lovely stay!
The customer service was amazing! We lost the house key in the water when trying to get on the water bus and the issue was immediately sorted. The room was very comfortable and we even got to extend our booking in the morning with ease.
