We all enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very spacious and in a great location outside of the crowds. Communication was fast, but we requested a fan for the main room since there is no ac there, but it was never sent.

Apartment is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The size is great for a large group. Now for the bad. Upon entering the apartment, the smell hit us like a ton of bricks. After contacting the property management, they said the canal levels affect the smell, and we should run the water/open windows. We did as instructed and the smell never fully left. Windows were difficult to open, and were not fully on hinges, which prevented us from feeling comfortable keeping them open. The showers, were too small to use comfortably and one had mold above it. The decor was very eclectic and furniture was not very comfortable. Amenities were non existent and we were expected to leave apartment clean. This will probably be our last time renting an apartment, as hotels, provide daily cleaning service, amenities and more than 1 roll of toilet paper for a weeks stay.

Excellent space, huge rooms, fantastic location!

We don’t know what to expect but we’re very impressed with this rental! The three bedrooms were huge, which was appreciated for our extended family of 8. All of the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Both restaurants on either side of us were delicious and so convenient after a long day of walking. The square outside the front door is stunning. It’s very close to the water taxi and a short walk to the vaporetto. We’d definitely stay again!

First of all, Marco was amazing. Marco was by far the best manager I have ever dealt with. He responded immediately every time, and had recommendations when asked. The place was beautiful. The pictures you see, is what you get. Very charming place. My family loved it. We travelled with 5 youngsters, ranging from 11-22, and all loved it. It had everything we needed. Nothing was far from it. Full kitchen, 3 full restrooms. Showers were small, but bathtub/shower was full size. We loved it. Thank you Marco!!!! Muchisimas gracias. Grazie!!!

I am disgusted because it wasn't clean, the AC doesnt work and the heat was so bad no one could sleep well, the showers flooded because of clogged drains, a lot of broken things, a lot of spider webs, the freezer was frosted, the owner doesnt give solutions, too expensive for the conditions of the property. Do not reccomend stay!
