Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again.

The apartment was very well located in the San Marco/San Angelo area of Venice. Like many apartments in this old city with its typical narrow streets, there was only a limited view across an alley or a courtyard. The place was very quiet and had all the modern comfort amenities - including AC, essential for the hot summer days. Also, very spacious. Would highly recommend.
