「The first room that they placed me in had no hot water, hair dryer or any other amenities. It is convenient for the area, but there needs to be better quality for the prices charged 」

「Never went in the pool. It was not what i thought it would be. Its a hole in the wall motel. Not worth the money at all. We had to check in at a kiosk machine. 」

「A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.」

「Overall decent place, it’s next to a gas station on one side and alcohol store on the other property is clean rooms are up to date… stayed for 5 nights had to ask for towels rooms were never cleaned or checked for clean towels etc.. asked for late check out even was willing to pay nope he said th room needed to be cleaned best of all VACANCY sign was lite up the whole time 」

「The property is located next to a busy highway so very noisy, but is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast choices were fruit, cold cereals, toast, pancakes and yogurt. The location was great - older property. It well maintained.」

「The outdoor pool is terribly small. Dispensers for shampoo and bath broken, when I asked to refill the bath, I received shampoo, which I did not ask for. They charge for the garage for guests, which is located in the hotel itself... a shame」

「This property is right by the beach. Also, all the restaurants and chops are within walking distance. It is very cute clean great staff on it is an older property so maybe not as modern. It has been renovated somewhat. We enjoyed our stay at the end and would come back mainly for the location.」

「All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!」

「If you like a vintage motel that reminds you of a way back motor lodge, this is the perfect place for you. No phone in the room with everyone having cell phones now. The walk to the office is simple and short. Free coffee! Great ice machine and Coke vending machine. It was very low-key and not many people since they don’t have a lot of rooms. So nice! The area is safe with modern conveniences close. There’s a Publix and Dollar General within walking distance. We did need to Uber to the beach but...

「Jim was great, condo was clean and well equipt. We stayed 2 weeks and would return. We found over 1000 sharks teeth at the local beaches! There are 2 clubs across the cove that play live music until 10 p.m.」

「The location of the property was excellent. The home was clean and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the morning. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it easy for the six of us wash up and get ready for dinner after a fun fill day at the walkable beach. Beach was great. Having a pool at the property was great for the 2 youngsters. We also made use of the wagon that was available to carry items to the beach., The property is nothing fancy but a great value for the money. 」
