「Nettes Personal, sehr hundefreundlich. Günstiger Parkplatz, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. 」

「The staff suggested us the way to the tourist attractions with map provided. The wifi can be connected in the whole hotel area, including room, restaurant, lobby and parking area. One bad thing is the water kept changing from very hot to very cold and vice versa when we were taking shower.」

「Det var ett billigt boende men lugnt område och nära till stan. Det var dock lite svårt att hitta i början (receptionen är liten och i ett av våningshusen). Receptionisten kunde, trots att det stod i beskrivningen, endast italienska och spanska. Vi pratar inget av språken så vi fick kommunicera via Google translate, så vi hade kanske kunnat få bättre service om receptionisten åtminstone pratat engelska. Men var väldigt vänlig så det var inte problemet. Under halva vistelsen fick man också betala...

「We enjoyed the property and the areas around it, it was an easy walk to the beach and had grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding areas. However, we found the customer service and amenities disappointing. We were not provided with a change in towels or bed sheets throughout our 11 day stay. As well, after one roll of toilet paper we had to go buy our own. One of the staff was reluctant in calling us a taxi. 」
