"Great place to stay amongst the chaotic atmosphere of Lake Como. Beautiful rooms and super clean with a great private lake access, helpful and informative concierge and beautiful gardens. Super convenient location as well!"

"Excellent stay perfect location very helpful staff. Pool was critical as we were there during a heat wave, there’s no bar at the pool though and hard to find drinks but staff was helpful getting us some ice cubes for water we bought in town. Key is super heavy but staff can hold it at hotel for you while you shop / dine / tour."

"I got the room with the amazing view of the mountains, lakes and ponds! It was a hard room floor. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean Temperature was perfect to sleep throughout the night. My only recommendation is changing if the carpet in the passage and some floors and keeping the patios clean."
