「However, we didn't manage to enjoy the pool area as it was closed. The staff did explain that it opens during summer. The breakfast was lovely, served warm, and offered a variety to choose from. A special thanks to a member of the staff, Željko. I can rate him 10/10; he was quick to respond to every call during breakfast. 「Forza Terra is a very nice property directly in the Bay of Kotor and a 25 minute walk from old town Kotor. Service was great and staff was always available. Our room had a very nice view of the bay, but it was little small so was a but cluttered with our 2 weeks of luggage. The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. 」

「We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there.
The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!!
On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water...
