「Nice rooms, views are non existent from most parts of the hotel as it’s perched in the middle of a hill next to dilapidated buildings etc. Breakfast very unhygienic and messy, staff bring wrong orders to your table and other staff corrected them. Reception staff gave misleading info about a request to modify booking persons which was late , hotel shows no care or concern though about guest circumstances (only interested in profit). Avoid for a better vacation experience.」

Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. 「Food is ok, Staff ok. Hotel is for families with children, noisy and not relaxing. Balcony door not possible to locked. Reported but not fixed. Room not well clean. Dust presented. Small size.View on pools and see. Around pool no free chairs. Always occupied. On beach you need to pay for two chairs and umbrella 25 euro. Bed not comfy, my husband and I get two twin beds, with space 2-3” between them. Clean towel per person every two days what should be use for beach, pool, saunas etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️...

「It is great for a family style holiday, very relaxing. Everything is designed with family comfort in mind. We are thinking of bringing our friends with kids next time for a joint holiday!
