This was a great place to stay the night before a flight out of Malaga. It was basic, but very clean, with parking inside of a walled area (I don't know if this is available all year). The receptionist was extremely helpful!

Very rude and unpleasant owner

Awful. Hairs in the bed, incredibly rude owner. The rooms are dated but otherwise comfortable and the other staff are friendly. It's a shame that any positives are by far outweighed by the appalling attitude of the owner, who made this stay very unpleasant.

The hotel is in a great location, just across from the beach, offering beautiful views. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room lacked some basic facilities such as a kettle and cups, and the towels provided were quite rough.

Pleasant stay

Nice hostel close to the beach. Restaurant not open because of family issue. Pool is nice. Bed not too comfortable. Access to other activities limited by bus system not too reliable. All in all nice stay for the price.

Reservamos cinco noches en el Hotel Esperanza, pero una enfermedad de mi mujer nos obligó a interrumpir nuestras vacaciones después de la primera noche. Quiero agradecer públicamente la comprensión y la enorme consideración que tuvieron con nosotros. Aunque nuestra estancia fue muy breve, el trato recibido fue excelente en todo momento. En momentos difíciles es cuando de verdad se aprecia la diferencia entre un buen establecimiento y uno excepcional. Muchas gracias por todo. Esperamos poder volver en otra ocasión para disfrutar de la estancia completa. Sin duda, será nuestro hotel de referencia cuando regresemos.

Arrivée tardive en ayant prévenu. Réception fermée Pas pu prendre la chambre. Retourné le lendemain mais la réceptionniste désagréable et bornée n’a rien voulu savoir alors que j’attendais simplement un geste commercial pour prendre une chambre le soir J’ai donc payé une chambre pour rien….. Jamais vu un accueil d’hôtel aussi désagréable et borné

La réceptionniste aux cheveux courts est particulièrement désagréable. Pas de frigo dans la chambre malgré la chaleur, joint sur la porte de douche décollé. Points positifs la pression de la douche, le travail des femmes de ménage, l emplacement, il est nécessaire d avoir une voiture.

Es un sitio muy tranquilo y limpio, la playa muy cerquita solo cruzar la carretera y te encuentras en ella, si tuviera que decir algo negativo, solo diria el horario del bar que cierra muy pronto,pero hay mas bares por la zona.Por lo demas todo perfecto
