Good location, tidy, modern room. Stylish historic building. The systems between Hotels.com and this hotel didn’t quite match and we had to call the hotel to ensure our reservation.
Unfortunately near the railway line - trains running throughout the night. Spacious room and funky bathroom. Heaps of tea and coffee available. Tv failed to work and no breakfast voucher - but we did use the suggested cafe and it was decent. E-mail arrived at 11am, whilst I was in transit, but a phone call soon sorted an entry.
A fantastic property! It was odd not having any staff onsite, but this didn't actually impact our stay.
The only down side was the limited parking availability. You must arrive early afternoon to get a space.
Modern and renovated rooms in a historic building. Everything works fine. It's a contact free reception.
If you don't mind 3-5 minutes walking to the city center you'll find nice dining- resp. breakfast options.
Check-in works very poorly. There is no reception! We did not receive any information in advance of how to check in or get access to our room.
We have huge difficulties getting hold of the owner and we had to contact Expedia for help.
The hotel is OK. But the the check-in is not working and that is extremely troubling when you arrive late and just want to go to bed!

Nettes Zimmer in historischem Gebäude.
Kein Empfangspersonal, deshalb Zugang per Code.
Es gibt kein Frühstück im Hotel. Empfohlen wird ein Bäcker in ca. 300m Entfernung. Das sollte man einplanen.
Perfect overnight stay when driving through German
We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Really large and with a gigantic bathroom. Clean and stylish. Free parking right outside the building.
This is a contactless hotel where you receive a pin code via email to enter the hotel. Breakfast can be pre-ordered, I think, but we took a five minute walk down to the recommended bakery for breakfast.
Only negative is that there is a railway right next to the building and the trains where quite noisy when they passed. For a one night stay driving through Germany this was ok still.
There are some restaurants in walking distance but avoid the Spundloch which looked nice but served mediocre food.
We loved our stay! The hotel is a lovely mix of classic and modern. You can occasionally hear trains in the distance but we found that charming, and it certainly didn’t prevent us from sleeping. We’d definitely stay here again.
