「Avoid at all cost. The photos are an eyewash. This is not a hotel. It’s a few rooms rented out in subpar condition. They promised a table for us.when asked asked for 1400 more. Even then the staff refused to communicate properly. My money was wasted.」

「The staff was super good. So helpful, they even walked me in the neighborhood to help me with shopping. The food they got me was excellent. They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. And they are trying to make the hotel kind of an oasis in the midst. They were doing quite a bit of renovating while I was there, trying to make it really nice. Again, the best part was the staff who were just...
