"In the advertisement it says that there is available parking. It was important for me as I borrowed the car from a friend and wanted to park safe. It wasn’t the case, the entrance door to the parking was broken so wasn’t able to park as I hoped for. The apartment was really good, the only thing was disturbing are very bad pillows and dust flying in the air. I didn’t know the that area in Sollentuna, navigation didn’t show the location, it was industrial area."

"We stayed as a group of 4 for 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert. The rooms were very large. We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very walkable location with the tramway (Tvärbanan) just 3 minutes by foot. Across the street a Thai restaurant with superb menu. I really appreciated the in suite washer and dryer which were modern and worked well. "I booked this for my mother's stay for my wedding. She loved the room and the place. It's vlose to both station, grocery store and where me and my wife lives. Only problem I had was when using the self-checkin system: there was NO physical key in the lockbox. Thankfully I was there early - at 14:00 - and a maid there saw me struggling. She helped me get the key from the reception - which was not manned due to short staffing. I hope things improve."

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "
