梵蒂岡飯店式公寓

「地點絕佳，在威尼斯廣場附近，走路到大部分的景點都很方便。旅館旁是一家很不錯的餐廳。我們的四人房是一房一廳一衛浴的公寓，客廳的沙發牀不是很好睡。有一晚一直聞到菸味，想必是其他房間的人抽菸。離開時請櫃檯安排到機場的計程車很好。」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「The room is spacious and clean. But there is no cleaning service for staying less than 7 nights, and the sofa bed is sagged and uncomfortable. It is close to tram stop, so it’s convenient but noisy at night. 」

「It was no communication between me and the staff it took me almost two hours to get in no staff to talk to and i got kids and luggage it was too hot it was trouble it was bad bad bad and they charged me different fees than i was supposed to pay( $82) they charged me (96 euros) which is wrong I just owed them $82 only , i had a bad experience with them」

「This is a very nice, clean and spacious property, in a quieter neighborhood near a Roman aqueduct. The host was one of the best communicators I've ever dealt with in many decades of traveling - they were accessible, responsive and accommodating. My only wish would be to have the Metro station a bit closer. Beyond that, we really enjoyed our stay!」
