「Tutto perfetto」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「地點絕佳，在威尼斯廣場附近，走路到大部分的景點都很方便。旅館旁是一家很不錯的餐廳。我們的四人房是一房一廳一衛浴的公寓，客廳的沙發牀不是很好睡。有一晚一直聞到菸味，想必是其他房間的人抽菸。離開時請櫃檯安排到機場的計程車很好。」

「Excellent stay! Walkable. Kind and efficient, very responsive staff. Looked out for our needs and took great care of us. Castle and grounds beautiful. Great shower and mattresses too.」

「The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it.」

La nostra, definita suite alteo non era che un appartamento con soppalco e relativo letto mentre i bambini hanno dormito su divani letti al piano sottostante. 「The bathroom ceiling beam was extremely low. All three of us hit our heads on it multiple times during the night when using the bathroom, which was both uncomfortable and unsafe. Although the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor, there is still another flight of stairs to reach the rooftop suite. Carrying large luggage up the stairs was very inconvenient. These was not mentioned anywhere in the room description or photos. There was also no table or proper surface inside the room to place...

「The room is spacious and clean. But there is no cleaning service for staying less than 7 nights, and the sofa bed is sagged and uncomfortable. It is close to tram stop, so it’s convenient but noisy at night. 」

「Staff was very nice. Transportation is required for any type of shopping as you are a few kilometres away from any shopping areas other than that everything else was excellent」

「Amazing location and place tonstay! Private and super clean! Only real negative was the lack of parking on premises, have to find a parking garage nearby so heads up if you have a rental car like we did. Really enjoyed the stay though!」
