「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「Excellent customer service, the road to the hotel was closed the day of our arrival due to a local marathon run. The receptionist met us at the taxi drop off & guided us through the neighborhood to the hotel pointing out landmarks & local amenities along the way. 」

「This place is really a good place however it is very falsely advertised. The place is not “within easy reach to the Colosseum” as stated. In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! And it adds up at lease 28 € each way (or more depending on time of day). This is not our first time in Rome and I found it very deceiving that the place stated within 5 minutes by car (it was at least 25...

「We absolutely LOVED this apartment! It was spacious and everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk everywhere and see many things in the city. Our only hiccup was no hot water in one bathroom. I’m sure it was an easy adjustment to fix. I let Sonder know and someone was coming out once we checked out. I would have let them know the first day, but we just thought it was many people showering. We will 1000% stay again! Thank you! 」

「My family and I stayed here in March 2024. The staff at the office was great. We asked them to coordinate pickup from the airport and their communication was excellent. Francesca answered every e-mail within a few minutes. The office is a 15 minute walk from the property and she walked us down there and showed us the unit. 「Property was behind a very busy and high class restaurant. You will need to walk pass restaurant to see the apartment building. Checking in was easy and fast. There is a 24hour guard on duty for you to access in/out of building so it’s very safe. However, guard does not speak any English when I have a question to ask on check out time and if I could leave luggage somewhere in the building after check out. no other way to speak to anyone else. 「We stayed here to explore Rome, as a family of four, two adults 11 year old and 6 year old, the apartment was spotless with everything we needed, beds comfortable and staff so friendly. Walking distance to so many of the top tourist sites. We couldn’t have asked for more, even the terrace was beautiful to sit and play cards in the evening. We will definately be back! 」
