「Having some experience before I read the comments about lack of cleanliness and thought, it can't be that bad. It could. So dirty and worst was bathroom. After complaining a cleaner came with only one cloth and wiped a bit here and there. No cleaning liquid. Hopefully she didn't start with the toilet. They didn't know what clean meant so I bought liquid myself and cleaned up. At the information desk they couldn't answer the simplest questions like "when does the pool close?" - I don't know maybe...

Alles pico bello! Bedankt voor de upgrade !」

「Not a 4*hotel at All , great swimming pool , food average , staff not really friendly 」
