Nice place close to the beach walking distance
We were there during Covid time in Europe the staff was wearing mask to keep us safe. Everything clean few times a day. The staff was helpful if you were having question. The room was clean, the swimming pool area was also clean. Overall we have a nice family stay.

However, we are happy to inform you that we have planned big renovations in the hotel during off-season and we are going to welcome summer 2020 with new image! Personalet forstår dårlig engelsk og virket gretne, noe som gjorde ankomsten noe komplisert. Et av rommene var ikke klart og en i reisefølget måtte bytte rom umiddelbart. Rommet denne fikk så ut til å være under oppussing, da det manglet takplater, aircondition virket ikke, låsen virket ikke, det manglet dusjdører og sluket virket tett. Renhold var vel generelt ikke eksisterende og vi så til og med en av vaskedamene bruke vinduskluten til å tørke seg under armene. Maten var usmakelig og sur/gammel, så vi måtte spise ute hver dag. Spaavdelingen var et kapittel for seg, med manglende betjening og ved regn ute ble gulvene fylt av vann. Luktet mugg. Mynter ble borte fra rommet da renholderne var inne og byttet håndklær (sengetøy ble ikke skiftet før vi tok det av selv). Konklusjon; lite imøtekommende personale, elendig renhold (bl.a skitt på tepper og i/rundt kjøleskap/fryser), dårlig standard med bla rennende do, mugg på bad osv, sørgelig mat og langt ifra hva vi så for oss utifra bildene på nett. Ikke i nærheten av å være noe firestjerners hotell.

Regarding staff issue - we already took measures, did some improvements and made some recruitments in order to increase the level of service of our staff in Housekeeping and Reception departments. Regarding rooms - we are happy to inform you that during off-season we have planned big renovations in the hotel wich will improve the hotel significantly for Summer 2020!
