Établissement bien placé, propre. Seul bémol, accueil de nuit, compliqué. Il n'y avait que le gardien qui ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais et qui nous a donné une 1ere chambre qui n'était pas faite.

The hotel says 4 stars but it deserves 0 star

I have mistakenly choose this hotel korel Varna.I have booked double room with additional bed for my kids.They gave me two double rooms.I forced to sleep in one double bed all four people.safty reason I have booked additional bed for my kids in one room.No value for my reservation.We have moved and seen 4 rooms.All this 4 rooms having broken door handle,broken door hinches,small curtain not covering the long large windows.If pulled to one side the other side won’t cover. Door lock it’s a shame. We need to lock the door with key otherwise any one can open the door from outside.When you take the key we lose the electricity so can’t see the door hole.Need to keep a torch. Shame on saying 4 star.

Good and bad

Nice, cheap hotel in nice place. But.. I fight 4 hours in reseption, because women in reseption not understsand english. She tough, that adult mean first name ! So our group have four person with first name adult... Two days without tea and one day without bread in breakfast.

L’hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos proposées

Le personnel n'est pas accueillant, les chambres ne sont pas conformes aux photos montrées sur le site, de plus l'odeur y est désagréable. Ce n'est pas un "allin", les repas sont très peu variés et il faut être tôt au restaurant si l'on veut un minimum de variétés.
