「The hotel is built on a hill, space is not wide but well designed. Room is nice, but sometimes the smell from the bath room spread into the bed room. Hotel location is good, only 4 minutes can reach the beach. The worst drawback is the breakfast, selection is very poor .」

「It is nice」

「It looks like a 5 star resort the room is so clean and location is just 10 min walk to the beach」

「The reception staff was very friendly. However the room was a disappointment. There was not toilet paper, the sheets were dirty and stained. I had to use a towel on the bottom sheet and slept in my clothes. I booked for two nights and stayed one night and checked out. The location was nice very close to the beach and local restaurants. I would not recommend staying here. 」

「Clean and spacious room. The balcony was also spacious. Had a really good time staying there. If you are looking for something clean spacious and budget friendly, just go for this property.」

「Excellent atmosphere and vibes! Staff is always with a smile and very happy to work. It’s a shame I had planned to move elsewhere or I would have happily stayed at this property. P.s as a foreigner here you can apply for UPI the only way to pay with your card all across India」

「Arrived in the evening to a warm and friendly welcome. Gracious host offered food and time to relax. Bathroom needs work, but a lovely if brief stay, otherwise.」

「Really sweet spot just off the beach up a commerce alley. Jishnu the host was very nice and helpful with getting comfortable. Hot shower if you want it - but I’ve learned to love taking cold showers here - and the bathroom was perfectly clean and well appointed. I will be back here at the Gypsy next year for sure.」

「Chambre très austère, pas celle des photos. Pas de serviette de bains. Draps déjà bien vieux. Pas de moustoquaire aux vitres. Emplacement calme et a 2 pas de Varkala beach.」
