"I've stayed at Best Western several times but this one needs a LOT of updating! And why on the door its has a sign, No Pets Allowed, yet I came across 2 huge dogs, (that wasn't very people friendly too I might add) but they were just 2 doors down from us, and every time someone would walk by they Barked "

"Smoke detector hanging from ceiling. Dog poop all iver the rocks outside the room. People smoking and load right outside the room."

"room dirty/bathroom (moldy shower curtain) . Pillow are very small for king size bed , asked for extra pillows they said no ! :( 😞😓 Not coming back here . "

"It was ok as a hotel stay for over night, even tho baymont took it over, it isnt any better. The owner i think lives there, there wasnt any towels in our room. I didnt get a friendly vibe from them at all. "

"The front door was locked with a note that said, will be back at 6:00 PM. That was at 1:30 the day of a funeral I needed to be at , at 2:00. I wanted to shower and get dressed by 2:00. I had to change outside in a parking lot behind a dumpster down the road. When I called to cancel my reservation the guy gave me a bunch of SH@T about I signed the agreement , and check-in was not till 2:00. Check-in may have been 2:00, but the front door should have been open. No one answered the door when I pounded on the door, no one was in the building at 1:30. He was on on the premises when he called me back at 2:00. I have disputed the charge to my VISA card. And told VISA what happened on a recorded line."
