The hotel represents value consistent with its price point. It is old and it is worn and the sheets and towels were clean. The room is as clean as its not renovated state would suggest. If what you desire is a cheap room it represents commensurate value. Would not stay again as my taste is for newer rooms.

Glad it was only one night..but for the price we really didn’t expect a lot but did expect something more than what we got. Carpet was stained heavily, couch was at least 20 years old and smelled, bath room had paint peeling everywhere, lamp shades even had stains. Not a good hotel for any money.. but is convenient to activity in the area.

Super old. Super deteriorated. 2 glasses, lamps that don’t have anywhere to be plugged in, holes in the walls, carpet coming up. Looks like nothing has been fixed or changed or maintained since it was first decorated decades ago. Super disappointing for the cost.

Good location and cheaper for the area. Felt safe, except balcony is very unsafe. There’s no screen on balcony door and it needed to be open since there’s no air conditioning. Needs a lot of updating. Second place to sleep is a pull out couch that is very old.

Location is central and convenient. Front desk staff were pleasant. The hotel is old and rather run down, but clean and reasonably priced compared to most hotels in Vancouver. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having a suit instead of a single room. Free parking was a definite bonus. We hope to be back there later this year.
