"Staff were extremely RUDE & mean. If you’re not happy working there please go get a different job. We are locals who go stay at many of the casinos and this was first & LAST time at IP. Receptionist male or female at Restaurant at late night was insanely the rudest person in customer service I have ever met. Wife went to Front Desk after to mention about the worst experience at a hotel she has ever had & they were rude as well. The rooms were okay but could hear everyone in hallways ALL night walks and door was so thin & cheap. Bed was okay shower was so dirty it was gross. Paid WAY TOO much for such a Low LOW Star type Resort! Staff at the sports bar upstairs were fantastic & very polite and got tipped very very well. Table games host were also polite and proper. I just could not believe the Cheap Rude service & quality of so called remodeled rooms were for the price you pay. Terrible Experience & will never be back. Tables were so so broke even and slits weren’t super loose but were okay. Not the best either when cheaper price at Golden Nugget, Palace, Hard Rock and even way cheaper at Harrahs and better service by FAR and always leave those casinos HAPPY!"

"Over all experience was Great was in a VIP room did expect it to be a lil cleaner floor was nasty was not clean at all has eyelashes on table and floor and couldn’t get the WiFi for tv to work . But other than that everything eles was great. Will definitely book again "
