Excellent central location near some very good shops and restaurants. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful in organising taxis and trips. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice

Excellent hotel in Van
We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend ...

odalar temiz,çalışanlar harika,Herdem adlı bayan çalışan çok sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever,işletmenin sahibi de olan Ali Bey işini sahiplenmiş,görgülü bir kardeşimiz.Kahvaltıları biraz zayıf,daha iyi olabilir.
