「Toprak is a family hotel and well located in the center of Van , very suitable for reaching any destination and buses.
The staff are very respectful and fluent in English and they are so helpful. The owner is very familiar with the area so he will suggest places that are less known .
Overall I enjoyed my stay .」
「Beddings were old and stained. Some of the advertised amenities (stove top) were not available and staff simply shrugged it off. Parking was promised but there was no parking space other than whatever space was available in the street nearby. The restaurant only had plastic dishes. The photos on the website did not match the suite.」
