「整個飯店當然有五星級飯店的水準，早餐也非常的豐富服務人員也很盡責熱情，唯一的缺點是免費的Spa就是個冷水游泳池，如果是溫水的會更好！」

「We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne 」

「The stay was really amazing, helpful and friendly staff! I would double check the bed when travelling with kids (no need for a cot for almost 5-year old), adding regular milk for room coffee and it’s perfect :)」

「Very good location, just walked a few minutes from bus terminal. There are restaurants, shops, sight seeing points nearby. 」

「Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend 」

「Einfaches Hotel, sauber und in phantastischer Lage. Das Frühstück gab es im nahe gelegenen Hotel „Salvator“, als Buffet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schnelle und reibungslose Kommunikation per WhatsApp auf Deutsch. Sowohl alle Erläuterungen zum Check-in wie auch Nachfragen zum Parken wurden schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Danke!」
