「The room was clean, they had decorated it for us for our honeymoon stay! They also celebrated us with some cakes as well. The view out of the room was beautiful. The bathroom facilities were 5/5 with ample amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Couldn’t recommend a stay here enough.」

「Standard room was not good. I changed to different room. Staffs were excellent and very cooperative and accommodating us very well. Good location near Marine Drive. But too far from the airport.」

「Rooms were kept clean. Staff was amazing. Excellent grounds which are well maintained. Overall, my first visit to Kochi was made more pleasant by the great hospitality. Food was awesome. Breakfast and dinner had all types of food, North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Southeast asian, etc. Desserts variety was also very good. I am sure when I visit Kochi again, Le Meridien is my place 」

「The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. 」

「It is rare in travel to India that a hotel really delivers but a good, clean and well maintained hotel combined with an exceptionally good service from every member of hotel staff really lived up to my expectations! The hotel room itself was clean, the facilities were warm and modern and the location was great - central. The service from front desk management (in perticular Mr Praveen) was exceptional. I needed a parcel forwarding to north India, unprompted, he totally understood my needs...
