「Es war einfach super, ein neues Hotel in guter Lage Zimmer geräumig mit große Terrasse, Spa Bereich groß. Die Bedienung war sehr überfordert auf die Bestellung hat man 45 Minuten gewartet und dann sind Soßen ausgegangen (um17 Uhr) und auch an der Pool Bar wartet man sehr lange. 」

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter*innen und das Ambiente, sowie die Lage des Hotels sind super! Leider hat die Geschäftsleitung gewechselt und einige Dinge wurden zum Negativen verändert (kleinere Essensportionen, kleinere Getränkeauswahl), aber so ist wohl das Business...」

「We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. The water is warm, the pool is a good size, you can safely swim (adult and not only children). Next to the pool there is a salt room with sun beds, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi with salt water and on...

「Gepflegte und hübsche Anlage. Gutes Frühstück und wunderbarer Blick aus dem Appartement auf die Berge. Der Wellnessbereich ist ausreichend und ab 20:30 Uhr hat man dort seine Ruhe, weil alle Kinder rausgeschickt werden. 」

「Overall was fine. + The room was huge and bed was comfortable. Bathroom nice and modern and I found it easy to sleep. Helpful to have secure ski lockers on site that you could use and location is perfect in the centre of town about a 15 min walk to one of the ski lifts and close to taxis for lifts a bit further away. - The “double” is two singles pushed together. There are no lifts in this hotel and no one to help carry heavy suitcases up stairs. Parking is close by but I wasn’t given any help...
