「Our first post lockdown trip within the country. We accidentally booked the accessible room. Staff was very helpful and changed to another normal room for our 4 night stay. Stylish room with well equipped kitchen. It was a bit warm in the room though. Another little down side was the ground floor room has less natural lights. Delicious breakfast from café Mayvn. 「The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the room are well thought and every thing are provided with the highest quality. The location of the hotel is perfectly locate in the heart area of the old towns. My wife and myself enjoyed a wonderful stay in Edinburgh.」

「The courtyard area is lovely. However they play canned music out there much of the day, so if your room faces the courtyard, as ours did, then you can hear it. I did not notice any soundproofing inside the hotel either (ie, hallway noise and noise from the floor above). The restaurant is lovely, great breakfast and nice bar upstairs. Outstanding location!」

「酒店正在進行大裝修，但沒有預先通知客人，亦不明白為什麼會安排房間就在工程樓上一層，取房時為下午5點，沒有察覺問題，但由早上八點開始，極大裝修噪音滋擾不停幾小時，連在reception 工作人員都戴著耳塞工作。」
