Clean and comfy room. Didn't get our complimentary drinks even though we arrived a couple minutes before happy hour ended. No elevator in the building. Good breakfast except eggs were drippy/oily. Nice lobby.

Clean room with microwave, refrigerator, good TV. Breakfast choices good, but lacked flavor. Breakfast area very clean. Appreciated the treadmill in the gym with a TV. Staff friendly, helpful.

Great location. Coffee shop and lobby are a 10/10. The apartment is super spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and some of the furniture has been updated. Only needs a little attention to details such as faucet handles, caulking here and there. TV remotes are confusing and the water tastes terrible. ...

We came to the area for a tournament and this was our home base for the week—-warm, homey and a great retreat from the gym. We mostly had breakfasts there and then late night snacks. The beautiful country drive to both Topeka and Lawrence was easy. We appreciated the quiet area!
