"Rooms are very outdated, plumbing/ac issues,musty smell in room. Its a nice hotel but for the price they need to do sole updating. The biggeat pro is the staff are very nice and welcoming"

"Deadbolt didn't lock. We were given a different room and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Staff was "sorry about that". No big deal. Several young men roaming property. I didn't feel safe."

"When I walked up to the desk to check in, one of the first questions the attendants asked was if my hair was dyed (it was). They warned me that if I got hair dye on towels or pillowcases I would be charged a fee for it, rather than them just bleaching the linens like most hotels do. I politely asked what we could do to avoid this since there was a chance some of it may come off on the pillowcase. They gave me a bit of an attitude about it. After a few minutes, they finally decided to give me stained linens so I wouldn't get charged. I understand they wouldnt want me damaging property, but it was addressed in a rude manor and acted like I was majorly inconveniencing them by taking stained linens from them."

"Hotel is close to everything but feels quiet and secluded. Parking was ample and well lit. Lot is landscaped and clean and felt private even though it's right off the interstate. Staff was great - Vera at checkin was friendly, personable, attentive, and helpful & Tommie at checkout was equally pleasant and helpful. Room was beautiful with a bit of green space to look at out the window. Seemed like mostly adult professionals were staying there - it was quiet and calm the whole time. We didn't get a chance to take a dip in the indoor pool but everything else was superb. Would not hesitate to stay here again if stopping over in Greenville."
