"It is located very close to the action , old building,sand stone wall, make it very unique. The only thing is the noise from the street, looks like it is next to a busy street, cars driving by never stop, the old building has no way to block the noise,The only time quiet will be from 12am to 5 am. If you don't mind the noise, this is a good unique place to stay"

"Apartment itself wasn't bad but the stairwell to get to the apartment had a few dead roaches lying around that weren't cleaned up until the 4th day of our stay. Also, there was a problem with water collecting at just upon entering the apartment of the floor which was a slip hazard. The water remained present throughout our stay. "It was a good stay just the check in was pretty rough as they sent me a link that was to the wrong address and the hotels.com website had it at a location around the corner. Apparently they have two properties next to each other. The wifi was terrible always cutting out which made it hard tk do work. Outside of those two thing it was a good stay. Good location and great views from the terrace. "

"I will start my review by saying that my family The location was great, the apartment it's self would have been great except for a number of major issues we had from the moment we arrived. Upon arrival I noticed that the Hot water tank that was in the main bathroom was leaking.
I immediately contacted Malta Apartments Team and they sent a technician that didn't speak any hardly any english took a picture of the tank and was able tell us it will be fixed the next day. The first morning my family...

"We highly recommend staying here for a trip to Catania. Diego and his wife are charming, helpful and highly professional. The space is creative and everything you could think about needing has been anticipated. They provide an amazing, locally inspired breakfast! The location is stellar - a block or so from the fish market, the Duomo, palaces, and incredible pizza! "

"The apartment was perfect for our stay. There was construction going on out in the street and also in the building. Noisy at times but for the amount of time spent in the apartment it was acceptable. The water pressure was very low, showering wasn’t the greatest. Sorry for the negative things but the biggest problem that should be fixed is the water pressure."

"Clean but no bed pad in the bed, only one bath towel and one hand towel, no kitchen towels or paper towels. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. This listing really needs clearer instructions on how to find the place. The arrival taxi dropped me off at the top of the hill and said “its down there on the left”. It was way over the hill and near the water …. Street signs fir the address are not readily seen and this was not fun on a very hot day !!"

"Spacious accommodation, nicely furnished, but it was grubby in the bathroom and kitchen, with mould in shower and on the door of the bathroom and around the kitchen sink. This could have easily have been rectified by good housekeeping. The staff at VBL were very friendly and helpful."

"The capital boutique hotel was an amazing stay in Valletta. Staff were are very friendly, welcoming and respectful. The location is in the center of town which makes it close to shopping as well as a variety of restaurants. The traditional balcony in the room was a nice touch. The daily breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold items. I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Malta."

"The room is very nice, very clean. There is a lot of noise from the restaurants at night. The worst noise came from some kind of pump that kept us awake most of the night with 3 mins of thumping and then 6 mins of quiet over and over again. Maybe a room on the back would be better. Otherwise the hotel is lovely, great rooftop bar, nice breakfast. Lots of other restaurants and bars close by and lots of shopping too as well as sightseeing. Staff are very friendly. Great location!"

"We recently stayed at this property for a week’s vacation and it was an incredibly lovely boutique hotel. The entire hotel and rooms were very clean, the staff was polite and helpful in every way, and the amenities were superb (breakfast included and rooftop pool and seating area a huge plus!). The hotel is a short walk to all attractions and eateries and right around the corner from a beautiful sea view. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. "
